Attention SBYCers!


Our Opening Day Team has a BIG DAY planned for us this year! Following the traditional Flag Ceremony we'll be joining the Swinomish Yacht Club for their dinghy parade. We're bringing back the ever-popular Beer & Wine Garden. And for dinner, the crew will be roasting a pig during the afternoon festivities. Dinner will also include roasted chicken, plus a salad and potato bar provided by Gere-a-Deli.

Register below to join us in the Shelter Bay Clubhouse for dinner immediately following the close of the Raffle and Silent Auction. During dinner we'll draw raffle winners and commence the Live Auction. Your dinner registration also includes access to the Beer & Wine Garden.

Note that you don't need to register for dinner if you only intend to watch the Flag Ceremony and participate in the Raffle and other afternoon activities including the Beer & Wine Garden ($10 at the door, no registration required). If you win a Raffle item and you're not present at the dinner you'll be contacted the following day. You must be registered for dinner, and in attendance, to participate in the Live Auction.

Registration opens on Sunday, April 5, at 5:00PM. Registration information will appear at the bottom of this screen when registration is open. Fill out the number of people who will attend and click the Register Now button. If you're not seeing the registration information 
please make make sure you're logged in with your SBYC User ID and password!

Pricing for this year's Opening Day Dinner is set at $45.00 per person. Prices shown below include a $1.71 credit card surcharge for registrations paid for online. If you opt to pay by check when you complete your registration, you'll receive a discount; please make checks out to SBYC for $45.00 per person and send to SBYC at 1000 Shoshone Dr, La Conner WA 98275.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
When you register for a dinner or a cruise, we make financial commitments based on your expected attendance. If you need to cancel, we'll offer a refund IF you cancel your registration prior to the published cancellation deadline for that event.

If you must cancel after the deadline, we may be able to offer a refund if we're able to replace your reservation with someone from the waitlist.
