SBYC's "Annual Meeting" will be held during Happy Hour, prior to guests leaving for dinner.
Location
Evening starts at the Shelter Bay Clubhouse. Meals will then be at selected members’ homes.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, October 9, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
When you register for a dinner or a cruise, we make financial commitments based on your expected attendance. If you need to cancel, we'll offer a refund IF you cancel your registration prior to the published cancellation deadline for that event.
If you must cancel after the deadline, we may be able to offer a refund if we're able to replace your reservation with someone from the waitlist.
